I can't find any exciting quotes about chocolate, except I just ran across "I never met a chocoholic I didn't like" in "The Art of Microwave Cooking," an awesome cookbook that's probably out of print. It's by Thelma Pressman. If you ever run across it, grab it. It has lots of good chocolatey recipes. One entire chapter is titled: Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate.
It also has lots of main-dish and veggie recipes, etc., but who cares about non-chocolate food?

When people whine about how "life is not fair," I respond with:
"If life were fair, we'd all be 25 and chocolate wouldn't be fattening."

I'm doing a speaking engagement this Saturday titled "Heart Chocolate." Pray for me please!!!
In preparation, I was looking for some great chocolate tidbits and one of my wonderful students (THANKS SARAH!) emailed me a link to some awesome chocolate quotes. Here are a few of my favorite...
Man cannot live by chocolate alone... but woman sure can! 
Nothing chocolate, nothing gained.
Stress wouldn't be so hard to bear if it were chocolate covered.
I have this theory about chocolate thwarting the aging process. It might be wrong, but why take the chance? 
Any more cute quips to share???
