I wrote a similar memoir, though my experiences predate Virginia's. Some figures from your book also appear in mine. My manuscript is called 'Warren's Inferno.' Warren is actor Warren Beatty. I was a Democratic intern (later a professional), working on the Hart presidential campaign, Warren and Hart are best friends. My book would also expose sex trafficking.
